1995 - 1996
Geological exploration at Pechora and Kara Sea were conducted. As a result of drilling wells Varandej Sea # 1 and Varandej Sea # 2 Varandej Sea at Pechora Sea shelf was discovered. Oil reserves increase in C1 category in Varandej Sea field amounted to 1, 8 million tons. Seismic activity exploration 2D in Ob and Kara Seas water areas (North-Kamennomysskaya, Kamennomysskaya Sea, Ob area) amounted to 1261, 5 long meters.
1997
Geological exploration at Pechora shelf continued. As a result of Medynskaya Sea # 1 well drilling Medynskaya field at Pechora Sea was discovered. Oil reserves increase amounted in C1 category amounted to 4, 2 million tons. Seismic activity exploration 3D was conducted in Varandej Sea field and amounted to 300 sq. km.
1998 -1999
Geological exploration in Pechora and Kara Seas were conducted. As a result of North-Dolginskaya #1 and South-Dolginskaya #1 a large field Dolginskoe at Pechora shelf was discovered. Oil reserves increase in C1 category in Dolgiskoe field amounted to 0, 892 million tons. Seismic activity exploration 3D was conducted in Varandej-Sea and amounted to 53,1 sq. km (1998) and also Seismic activity exploration 2D in Ob and Kara Seas water area with 2 835 long meters. New drilling vessel Gazprom-1 joined the fleet.
2000
Geological exploration at Kara Sea shelf continued. As a result of drilling North-Kamennomysskaya # 1 and Kamennomysskoe Sea # 1 with capacity 2 475 long meters gas field Kamenomayyskoe Sea and gas condensate field in North-Kamennomysskoe in Kara Sea water area. Gas reserves increase of C1 category in North-Kamennomyskoe field amounted to 22,703 billion sq. m., capacity in Kamennomysskoe Sea amounted to 6,381 sq m. Seismic activity exploration 2D in Ob and Taz water areas was performed with capacity 2 085 long meters. JSC Gazprom got a certificate proving the fact of Dolginskoe field discovery. “Akademik Golitsyn” was purchased and refit with modern research equipment for watering holes construction and deep water pipes.
2001 - 2002
Seismic activity exploration 2D was performed in Gulf of Ob in the Kara Sea with capacity of 221, 7 long meters (2001-2002). Seismic activity exploration 2D was conducted in Gulf of Ob in the Kara Sea (Kamennomysskoe Sea transit area) with capacity of 323 long meters (2001-2002). JSC Gazprom received a certificate proving the fact of North-Kamennomysskoe field discovery. Self-elevating floating drilling rig “Amazon” was reconstructed.
2003
Wells Obskaya # 1, Kamennomysskaya Sea # 2 and Kamennomysskaya Sea # 4 with total capacity 4 635 meters were drilled. As a result of Ob # 1 well drilling Ob gas field was discovered in Kara Sea water area. Oil reserves increase in C1 category in Ob field amounted to 4 767 billion sq. meters (gas reserves of Cenomanian deposits were fully transferred in industrial category). Gas reserves increase in Kamennomysskoe-Sea amounted to 419, 277 billion sq. meters. Seismic activity exploration in North-Kamennomysskoe field was performed with capacity of 66 sq. km (2003-2004). JSC Gazprom received a certificate proving the fact of North-Kamennomysskoe-Sea field discovery.
2004
Research drilling at Cenomanian deposit was continued in Kara Sea shelf area. Kamennomysskaya Sea # 3, North-Kamennomysskaya #3 and North-Kamennomysskaya #4 with total capacity 5 720 meters were drilled. Gas increase in C1 category in North-Kamennomysskaya field amounted to 79, 05 billion sq meters. Seismic activity exploration in North-Kamennomysskoe with capacity 122, 54 billion sq. meters, in Kamennomysskoe-Sea field amounted to 120 sq. km (2004-2005) and in South-Ob field 600 sq. km.
2005
Geological exploration works at Kara and Pechora shelves were performed. Chugor’yakhinskaya #2 and Chugor’yakhinskaya # 3 wells with total capacity 5 220 meters were drilled. Six gas condensate deposits were discovered in Barremian blankets. Gas reserves increase in C1 category in Chugor’yakhinskaya field amounted to 42, 5 billion sq. meters, condensate – 1, 6 million tons. Seismic activity exploration 3D was performed in Dolginskoe field area with capacity 1600 sq. km (2005-2007). JSC Gazprom received a certificate proving the fact of Chugor’yakhinskaya field discovery.
2006
Geological exploration works in North-Kamennomysskoe field area at Kara Sea shelf were continued. North-Kamennomysskaya #5 and #6 wells with total capacity 5 470 long meters were drilled. New gas condensate deposit in TP26 layer of Hauterivian time was discovered. Gas reserves increase in C1 category in North-Kamennomysskoe field amounted to 54 billion. Sq. meters, condensate – 2, 5 million tons.
2007
Geological exploration works in Kamennomysskoe-Sea and North-Kamennomysskoe wells at Kara shelf were continued. North-Kamennomysskaya #7, Kamennomysskoe-Sea #6 (self-elevating floating drilling rig “Amazon”) and Kamennomysskoe-Sea #5 (semi-submersible drilling rig “Obsky”) with total capacity 6781 meters were drilled. Gas reserves increase in C1 category amounted to 41,049 billion sq. tons, in Kamennomysskoe Sea field – 30, 035 billion sq. meters. Seismic activity exploration works 3D were conducted in Kamennomysskoe-Sea area with capacity 550 sq, meters.
2008
Five exploration well in the Gulfs of Ob and Taz water areas and in Pechora Sea water areas with total capacity 8510 meters: Semakovaskaya # 100-102, Dolginskaya # 2, Kamennomysskoe Sea #8 were drilled. Oil reserves increase in C1 category amounted to 146, 4 billion sq. meters. Seismic activity exploration 2D in Nilivoiky area (Yamal) with capacity 1225 long meters and Seyakhinsky region (Yamal) with capacity 275 long meters was performed. Seismic activity exploration 3D in Kamennomysskoe-Sea area amounted to 518, 5 sq. km. “Arctic center in Murmansk” was put in operation. Head office moved to a new place at Nametkina St. 12A.
2009
Four exploratory wells in the Gulf of Taz water area are planned to drill: Semakovskaya ¹¹103,104, Anti-Payutinskaya ¹¹21,22. Drilling of the exploratory well ¹2 (Kirinskaya) in the Okhotsk water area has been started. Total planned capacity is 7 366 meters. Expected gas increase is – 153 billion cubic meters, condensate – 3 million tons. The capacity of planned seismic activities 3D is 3 135 sq. km in Kamennomysskoe Sea water area (500 sq. km), Semakovskoe (500 sq. km), Antipayutinskoe (500 sq. km), Tota-Yakhinskoe (260 sq. km), Kirinskoe (155 sq. km), and also in South-Kirinskaya (620 sq. km) and Myginskaya (600 sq. km) in Kirinsky prospecting site. Seismic activities 2D with capacity 1000 long meters are planned in Nilivoysky and Seyakhinsky sites (Yamal peninsula). Far-East branch was established.
