Meeting between LLC Gazflot and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas
We are interested in attracting talented specialists, professional employees, who could join our team and take part in developing our company. Today two doctors of sciences and thirteen PhD work in our company. 

Work on attracting young specialists in LLC Gazflot starts with young audience in universities. LLC Gazflot is interested in quality training at the very first stages of shaping their skills and that is why cooperates with many universities and technical institutes, particularly with Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.

One of the basic aims of our HR policy is to provide our employees opportunities with professional and carrier growth. We make safety working conditions; provide social guarantees, education, assist in creating conditions for increase of skills and experience’s exchange. System accepted in the company includes two elements: corporate Gazprom programs on improvement professional and personal skills and personal programs on employees’ development.
