In its production activity Gazflot gives (and will give) a lot of attention to cooperation with Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District administration, Yamal, Nadym and Taz districts, with which bilateral agreements on mutual understanding and cooperation promoting interests of municipal formations and native people of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District were signed.
Special attention is paid (and will be paid) to work with indigenous people and social organizations of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. Public consultations on providing safety in Ob and Taz water areas with native people are held on regular basis. Labour relations are established with association “Yamal to offspring!” On recommendations of social organizations ecological expertise is held, control over works in water areas is established.
Children of employees of the company’s branches visited Bulgaria, Finland, Poland, and Black Sea. Company cares about its employees’ that is why everywhere where the company expands its activities (Moscow, Kaliningrad, and Murmansk) contracts with fitness-clubs are concluded for people’s health promotion.
Gazflot supports traditional celebration of “Reindeer-breeder’s day” and “Fisherman’s day”, contributes to transfer children to their parents to tundra on holidays and back. Scientific research with social association “Yamal to offspring!” on ethnographic issues of native people are carried out.
Social responsibility to employees and their families is embodied in the social package, fixed by the collective agreement of Gazflot, which provides:
- voluntary health insurance of the employees and family members, including health services to the retired employees
- Education to employees’ children
- partial offset of the sanatorium-resort and tourist vouchers to employees and their family members
- Lending out for construction and purchase of accommodation
- accident insurance of employees
- sports and health activities
All liabilities between employees of the company (on behalf of its trade union committee) and company (on behalf of its general director) are fulfilled.
